This little 35cm hedge trimmer from Bosch certainly has our vote of confidence. It really does trim the hedges as good as it says but it is limited on the thickness of the stems or bushes to a little less than 1.5cm. Anything beyond that and we found the larger tooth gap options work much better in terms of trimming down the hedges to the desired effect.

We like how the batteries can be used in other tools, the fact that it has the Anti-blocking system which prevents clogging up the blades and it is certainly more powerful and stronger than it looks for a hedge trimmer of this size.

Lower Priced Options

It does cost somewhat more than some of the hedge trimmers that are seen for less than £50 so there are definitely cheaper lower priced options out there but you need to remember that this hedge trimmer does operate for longer than those that tend to operate for just 30 minutes or even less and it has the anti-clogging system and intelligent energy control additional features built in.
